Returns Policy

 

We are happy to accept returns subject to the following:

 

Products must be complete and in a resalable condition, if a product is deemed to be unsalable then no credit will be given.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Drainage365 Limited

 

You need to obtain a returns number from our office before returning products; we will need the invoice/reference number that was supplied with your order.

 

All goods returned will be at the customer’s expense. We can arrange for a carrier to collect the products – the cost of the carriage will be deducted from the credit.

 

Monies will be credited by the same means as payment.

 

Materials supplied as "special order” cannot be returned for a credit. Sadly, we are also unable to accept returns on painted cast iron and powder coated aluminium rainwater systems.
